Introduces the locations of all 36 “Yuanbao“ collectibles added in the GTA Online Winter 2024 major update “Agents of Sabotage”, a limited-time collection event that was unlocked in the weekly update of January 23, 2025. Yuanbao are silver ingots that were used as a form of weighed currency during China’s Ming and Qing dynasties. They are called *Yuanbao* because their shape resembles a horse’s hoof.
Each of the 36 locations contains one of three different types of Yuanbao.
Available period:
January 23 – February 13, 2025
February 12 - March 4, 2026
The unlock period is only during the Lunar New Year event. Collection is limited to once during the event period. However, players who collected it during the 2025 event period were able to have it respawn and collect it again during the following year's event period.

Yuanbao Collection Event Details and Rewards
There are a total of 36 Yuanbao.
When you get close to a Yuanbao, a sound will play (in some cases, due to a bug, the sound may not play). On console versions, if controller vibration is enabled, the controller will vibrate. They also register on the Terrorbyte Collectible Scanner.

Rewards
- For each Yuanbao collected, you receive $888 and RP888
- Only the 36th Yuanbao collected grants $88,888 instead of $888
- First-time only: Collect all 36 to receive the “Gold Snake Santo Capra Outfit”(2025 only. This reward has been disabled for 2026.)
Therefore, the total rewards are as follows.
Total Cash Reward = (35 × $888) + $88,888 = $119,968
Total RP = 36 × RP888 = RP31,968
Gold Snake Santo Capra Outfit
- Stored in the wardrobe under “Outfits: Seasonal”
- The jacket shown above also has an open-front version prepared in the game data, but it is likely locked as part of a fixed costume set, so it cannot be opened. Currently, it is also not possible to obtain the jacket separately, leaving it unable to be worn open.
