In front of a house, a man who was caught cheating on Valentine’s Day appears, tied to a utility pole or tree with rope, wearing nothing but his underwear. His suitcase—apparently dragged out of the house—and his car have been burned and destroyed. You can obtain a reward by either “helping” him or “stealing his wallet.”
